    The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reports directly to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and is a key member of the Finance leadership team.

    The position will be responsible for driving strategic and financial decision making to support the goals and objectives of the Company.


    Director of FP&A – Field will lead a team of Finance partners aligned by Division in support of over $1.

    1B in revenue across 65+ locations

    This position will be located on-site at our corporate office in Virginia Beach.


    PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Think like an entrepreneur and be a thought partner to senior leaders as they seek to understand their business units and implement change.

    Analyze internal financial data to include the Profit & Loss statements, financial reports, and other key performance indictors to identify opportunities to optimize business performance.

    Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting, that will bring financial insights into decision making.
    Lead the annual budgeting process to include growth opportunities, expense management, and capital expenditure planning.
    Manage the Company's monthly and quarterly financial review process including quarterly meetings with business partners and the CFO
    Create the infrastructure within the team to provide ongoing analysis of financial performance, monitor variances, and identify trends.
    Proactively identify financial issues and work directly with the business to provide scalable solutions.
    Perform what-if scenario planning that will help explore alternative options and deliver trackable returns on investment.

    PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is strongly desired; a master's degree in a related field is preferred.

    Seven years of experience in financial planning & analysis, or financial operations roles required.
    Strong business acumen and the understanding of key cause and effect drivers as it relates to managing a P&L.
    Systems experience in tools like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Vena, and Power BI is preferred.

    Must have strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
    Ability to impact both strategic and tactical

    operational/finance/programmatic

    and administrative initiatives, operating as both a tactical and strategic thinker/leader; a true "player/coach".

    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages clearly and concisely to key stakeholders and senior leadership team.
