    Commercial Lines Account Manager/Exec

    This Jobot Job is hosted by: A rapidly growing, and well established independent insurance brokerage offering full-service insurance for personal, business, and benefits.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' needs.

    This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills.

    As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
    Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
    Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients.
    Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
    To be considered for the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager, you must possess the following:
    A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
    A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
    Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    An insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
