Performs daily clinic functions such as interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, weight, and temperature; obtains and/or confirms patient health and medication history to file and update patient records in electronic health record system, and ensures all forms and consents are completed by patients.2.
Provides patients with instructions and information regarding examination procedures and available services; arranges laboratory services.3.
