- Facilitate daily activities and manage the daily operations of the shelter.
- Assist with intake and discharge processes for shelter residents.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, education can be substituted with experience.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- HIV/AIDS certification required (Will train).

Our client in Mid-Cape Cod is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Shelter Advocate to help us in our mission to assist survivors of violence.
The Shelter Advocate will provide direct service and support to survivors and their children living in our emergency shelter.Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support to residents of the emergency shelter.
Requirements Training will be provided to those in a transferable industry such as retail, waitstaff, healthcare, or other customer service client-facing roles.
