    OVERVIEW


    As an SRC Program Manager Consultant, you will be critical in building and maturing the risk management framework at one of the largest global technology and software companies within their Cloud Supply Chain Sourcing organization.

    You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier networks, coordinate data and document gathering, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

    Your expertise and industry best practices in risk management and project/program management will help guide the direction, enhance risk mitigation strategies, and streamline compliance.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Risk Management Framework Development:
    In collaboration with the client team, lead the development and maturation of our risk management framework.

    Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and supplier networks to ensure consistent implementation across departments and external supplier base.

    End-to-end Project/

    Program Management:
    Manage projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate data gathering, document creation, and other project-related activities.

    Framework Assessment:
    Evaluate the existing risk management framework. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements based on industry standards and best practices.

    Strategic Guidance:
    Collaborate with Full-Time Employees (FTE) to align the risk management strategy with organizational goals. Provide direction on risk mitigation efforts using industry best practices.

    Global and Regulatory Expertise:
    Leverage your knowledge of global risk factors and regulatory requirements for risk management practices.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience:

    10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager with project management experience in the SRC space.


    Project/Program Manager with a strong risk management background to help guide the direction and bring in industry best practices to work with the client's project team and Full-Time Employees (FTE).

    Proven experience in project management and risk management.

    Ability to analyze and improve risk management frameworks.

    Experience with global risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

    Experience with Cloud, Supply Chain, and 3rd Party Supplier Networks.


    Skills:


    Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, working with project sponsors, key stakeholders, team members, supplier network, and team leadership to oversee and collaborate on all phases of project completion.

    Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and governance.

    Strong project management skillset, highly organized individual, including proven ability to lead and drive project success.

    Experience with both Waterfall project management methodology as well as experience with Agile/Scrum.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.

    Creation of PowerPoint presentations and commanding presentation skills will be expected for this role.

    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to environments, organizations, personalities, and technologies.

    Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge strongly preferred


    Strong collaboration and communication skills, given the high potential for senior executive interactions and business strategic impact of the projects, as well as varying degrees of change management impact and project complexities.

    EDUCATION & DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

    Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, CISA, II, CHC, CCEP, CRISC, CISM, CRCM, or ISO27001 are desirable.


    CONTRACT DETAILS

    Start Date:
    March 2024

    Duration: 12-month contract


    Pay Rate:
    $70 to $90/hr


    Location:
    Greater Seattle Area
