    OVERVIEW:

    Our customer, a leading distributor of healthcare systems, medical supplies, and Pharmaceutical products globally, is in need of a Patient Service Representative.

    IMPORTANT POINTS:

    • This is an Onsite Position.
    • LOCATION: 5101 Jeff Commerce Drive Louisville, KY 40219
    • DURATION: 6-month contract with potential for extension
    • WORK SHIFTS: 40 hours per week (Training hours - (Mon-Fri) (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM | 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM).
    • Candidate must be registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with patients, caregivers, and providers.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service for a seamless caller experience.
    • Provide precise information to the caller.
    • Handle refills and coordinate deliveries for patients or providers.
    • Address the needs of the callers effectively.
    • Offer suitable follow-up and guidance to callers.
    • Adhere to Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
    • Flexible work schedule readiness.

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma OR GED required.
    • Candidate must be registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required)
    • Minimum of 4 years of customer service practice in a Pharmacy/healthcare call center.
    • Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities
    • Effective problem-solving capabilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher.
