Summary
Develops and administers a comprehensive Recruitment Program for the health system. This program includes responsibility for Healthcare/Allied Health or high-volume staff. This is a can-do person with a positive attitude, a real team player

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school graduate required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Marketing and Communications or related field required.

Will consider a combination of work experience and the pursuance of a bachelors degree, with completion within 2-years of date of hire.

7+ years of previous Healthcare/Allied Health or high-volume recruiting experience required. Demonstrates proficiency in communication, both written and verbal. Skillful in sourcing experienced candidates from referrals, Indeed and other job aggregate sites. Proactive recruitment professional who looks to create efficiencies. Lead recruitment activities for clinical, allied health or other assigned lines of business.

Position will be responsible for requisition and candidate data management, post jobs through internal and external media, candidate identification and selection, and will deliver and negotiate job offers.
