    Description


    American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a brand new unit opening at an acute care hospital, working Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends or call required.

    Details

    Position is based in a brand new MRI unit currently opening at the facility
    5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
    No weekends and no on-call requirements
    40 hours per week
    Epic EMR used; minimum 1 year of Epic experience required
    Agency staff may be required to float to other units and/or campuses within the health system based on census needs, limited to areas where competencies have been demonstrated
    Requirements

    Current BLS, ARRT (MR), and ARMRIT certifications required
    Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience required
    Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
    Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the flagship Prisma Health Richland campus to be eligible
    Two professional references required for consideration
    Driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration
    License required if applicable
    Additional Information

    This is a brand new unit opening; the manager will provide additional details during the phone screen
    The facility's goal is to keep travelers in their home unit, though floating within the health system may be required based on staffing needs

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
