Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission
Implementing Project Management Methodology/Framework that aligns to Gainwell standardsMaintain RQMS, the central repository for all Change Management project informationMaintain a well-defined project management process or methodology; develop plans, processes, guidelines and templates in line with Gainwell best practice and client requirementsEnable processes for the appropriate management of actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring team completes and/or resolves efficiently.
Meets or exceeds Change Management SLAs and financial forecastManages communication across all stakeholders, third-party contributors and project leadersMentor and train an experienced and competent staff of project managers, business analysts and testersIdentify, track and manage Program Deliverables and MilestonesManages the Gainwell contract requirements and changes, including traceability and change impact, plus templates etc.
Oversees Gainwell sub-contractor requirements and deliverablesAccount LeadershipWhat we're looking for
Lead teams of project managers, business analysts and SIT testersOutline a well-defined project management process or methodology; develop plans, processes, guidelines and templates in line with Gainwell best practice and client requirementsEnable processes for the appropriate management of risks, actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring the team applies corrective measures to mitigate risks efficiently and resolves issues efficiently.
A fully remote position with possible travel to the Augusta, ME Gainwell officeMust be able to work 8-5pm Eastern Standard Time
The pay range for this position is $81,100 - $115,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
