Budget Analyst with Security Clearance - Quantico, United States - Savvee Consulting Inc

is seeking to hire a Budget Analyst to support our federal Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) client located in Quantico, VA.

Candidates in consideration for this position must have experience in budgeting and financial analysis along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Supporting the Department of Navy's IT procurement budget, planning, and execution
• Tracking spend plans and IT expenditures
• Updating financial management trackers
• Supporting financial management reviews and financial data calls
• Composing IT procurement packages and invoices using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Supporting hardware and software maintenance renewals
• Liaising with various teams including, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC), and Comptroller
• Liaison with the IT asset management team for new procurements
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for the accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret clearance MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Three or more years of budget execution and formulation experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven selfstarter DESIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree
• Top Secret security clearance
• Navy ERP experience
