The ideal Physician will be BC/BE Gastroenterologist - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Hospital Employed, but they operate like it's a private practice

- $450k Salary that goes up with experience

• Keep a high % of your net collections/profit = $$$ to be made here
• Week night call rotation is backuponly to very experienced APPs who do all the week night rounding
• Weekend call will be 1:6 or even 1:7 once fully staffed and you only cover one hospital
• Take over for an existing patient panel due to retirement replacement
