    Leading designer and producer of contemporary fixtures for high end domestic and hospitality markets seeks a Regional Sales Manager (Western Region) 30% Travel, Otherwise Remote

    As a trusted, dynamic and continually growing supplier with an extensive range complements every aspect of luxury living and hospitality you will report to theVP of Sales USA and be an important part of our strategy in delivering significant sales and profit growth in the Western U.S. Region.

    Responsibilities:

    You will report to our VP of Sales USA and be an important part of our strategy in delivering significant sales and profit growth in our US operation. Our business is already developing strongly, and we are now poised for significant growth. This role will play a major part in making our strategy happen.
    • Developing and building business relationships with commercial sales prospects, key specifiers, Architecture and Design firms and customer decision makers in the defined territory.
    • Driving and overseeing independent sales representative and agency partner sales in defined territories.
    • Developing strategies that focus on specification and opportunities working closely with architecture and design firms.
    • Building brand awareness to develop revenue opportunities.
    • Growing revenue through execution of business plan to meet quota goals.
    • Specification pipeline and quote follow up using our preferred CRM system
    • Driving sales in direct and developing retail business in the Lighting Showroom market.
    • Helping our product management team in developing new product and pricing opportunities for the North American market based on providing strong market intelligence and a fact based approach to support our team.
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of commercial and specification sales experience working with architecture and design firms.
    • Previous experience working in the commercial lighting industry or hospitality preferred
    • Experience in working for an international organisation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to use independent judgement
    • Excellent attention to detail and excellent prioritisation and time management skills
