- Conduct and Lead Client Workshops: Facilitate workshops to gather use cases and business requirements and perform discovery sessions.
- Data Governance: Drive the creation of a Data Governance Run Book to establish data management processes.
- Data Profiling and Analysis: Perform data profiling and analysis to understand data quality and integrity.
- Business Documentation: Create comprehensive business documentation related to data quality implementations.
- Process Improvements: Evaluate and suggest options for process improvements related to data management activities.
- Data Quality Rules: Collaborate with data custodians and data stewards to define Data Quality (DQ) rules and design DQ dashboards.
- Requirement Communication: Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business and IT teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience in leading workshops to gather requirements and use cases.
- Data Management Tools: Proficiency in operating Data Quality (DQ) and Data Cleansing (DC) market tools.
- Business Analysis: Extensive business analysis experience, focusing on data-related projects.
- MDM-ETL Background: Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
