Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms, and Corporations
Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business
Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues
Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles and strategically plan and execute a sales plan
Attend national industry trade shows and seminars
Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment
Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Insurance or engineering industry experience preferred
Outside B2B sales experience highly preferred
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skills
Must be a self-starter
Must have own vehicle
Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
Salesforce experience is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel 50% of the time, mostly local
Ability to travel about 10% of the time via airline
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to drive and travel to client locations and conferences
