- 24/7 Wellness Center access - Quincy & Pittsfield locations
- The primary population served is surgical, including but not limited to, orthopedics, bariatrics, vascular, neurology and general surgery.
- This unit also serves general medical patients with diagnosis including but not limited to: sepsis, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, skin and wound conditions and infections.
- Modified primary nursing is the care delivery model utilized and includes the following team members: Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers and Unit Secretary.
- The team is also supported by a unit-based Pharmacist, a Respiratory Therapist, a Physical Therapist, and a Unit-based Educator.
- This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adolescents through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
- It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) and Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
- Graduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS
