Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Manages intent and entity taxonomy and alignment with cross-functional teams across the Firm.
• Manages conversational analysis in close partnership with Analytics team to identify patterns, anomalies, opportunities for improvement, leveraging conversation analysis methodologies.
• Partners closely with Annotation Lead to review and optimize training data.
• Collaborates, with Machine Learning engineers, data scientists and developers to integrate linguistic principles into development.
• Develops and maintains documentation on Natural Language Understanding processes, guidelines and best practices.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Manage a team of linguists and conversation analysts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• 5+ years of experience in Natural Language Understanding and Natural Language Programming, specifically within context of chatbot development or related AI applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Masters or PhD in computational Linguistics, Data Science or related fields.
