As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the quality and safety of our meat products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet business needs.
    • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
    • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
    • Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies, and ensure quality and date control standards for meat products.
    • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, execute the basics at the highest level of quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
