The work:

• Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
• Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
• Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes

Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more responsibility Here's what you need:

Development experience with one or more of the following languages:

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Lightning Components (Aura)
• JavaScript
• Development experience with one or more of the following languages
• Apex Triggers & Class development
• Apex / Flow / Transaction Debug
• Synchronous & Asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queuables, Events, etc.)
• Apex Testing Best Practices & Salesforce Limits
• OOP design principles

Integration/Deployment experience with one or more of the following:

• Connected Apps
• REST / SOAP / BULK APIs

Configuration experience with one or more of the following:

• Configuration (Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Actions, etc.)

Bonus Points if:

• Technical Certifications
• Experience with Web Services APIs
• Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum and/or Kanban
• Used Source Code or Deployment/Migration tools
• Defined and promoted development standards and practices (e.g

code reviews, pair programming, clean code)

Experience with architecture OR design activities, Data Migration, or using Communities Eligibility Requirements:
