    • Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must. Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be very proficient in Excel and Word. Must have good organiztion skills and be able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast paced environment with excellent accuracy. Must have excellent attention to detail, comunication skills and a positive attitude. Experience with processing vehicle releated paperwork a plus. Previous U-Haul Experience preferred.
    • Process registration and title paperwork for new and existing vehicles within the fleet. Work in close contact with state agencies to obtain titles and registrations. Ensure that registration/plates are ordered from the state motor vehicle agencies in a timely manner to supply the credentials to the field so equipment can be released for rental. Update mainframe with title and plate numbers. Ensure all documents are scanned into imaging systems. Run queries and work with various programs using our database. Know all procedures and processes in the various jurisdictions for licensing trucks and trailers. Keep supervisor and manager informed of the new production schedule and status of licensing and license renewals. Provide spreadsheets to the Amerco treasury office of new units that are intended to be financed. Process re-title work adding or removing banks as lienholders and/or lessors.
