**Job Title:** Director
**Job Category:**
**Job Description:** This is a full time, 40 hours per week (15 minimum hours per week on the floor) position that is responsible for the overall operation of the center and ensures all governing regulations and best practices are followed at all times. Director reports directly to and takes direction from the Board of Directors. Responsibilities of the Director include but are not limited to, maintaining financials and daily expenditures, licensing, guiding and monitoring employees, communicating with the staff, board and parents, preparing the annual budget, attending monthly board meetings, payroll.
This is a term position with the possibility of staying on in another position at the end of the term. (January 2022- TBD) Starting date is negotiable.

**Eligible Candidates:**
The successful candidate should have:
-ECE III Certificate (ECE II may be considered)
Clear Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector) and clear Child Abuse Registry Check.
-Current First Aid/CPR
-Strong Leadership skills.
-Strong work ethic, good communication skills, ability to adapt to a multi-faceted environment.
-Solid organizational skills, ability to show initiative.
Verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
