    The Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position:

    We are seeking a qualified COTA to treat patients of all diagnosis with restoring function, increasing joint motion and improving muscle strength through passive/active exercise within their own home environment. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations. We are currently interviewing for a Full Time position based out of our Nashville office.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee OTA Certification

    Current CPR certification, or within 30 days of hire

    Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance

    One or more years' experience in home health

    Self-motivated and customer service oriented

    Must be able to pass background and drug screening
