Qualifications
- 1-2 years proven retail training experience applicable degree or in-store experience preferred
- Clear understanding of retail training principles product customization techniques effective methods for developing team expertise preferred Marshall-level Customizations Certification preferred Strong communication interpersonal skills Proven ability to effectively work on cross-functional teams Ability to be flexible problem-solve in the moment Travel required 75% of time Familiarity with Zipline Google Workspace plus You are an extroverted individual with excellent people skills ability work effectively all levels within organization You love travel majority time work retail stores You can manage multiple projects simultaneously autonomously consistently meeting deadlines Enjoy working diverse teams people different strengths experience levels
