    We are Built Mighty, a mostly remote e-commerce web development company based in the US. We help businesses with their digital commerce experience.

    While we are primarily a development company, we focus on hiring people who have a desire to serve clients with excellence and learn from a wide range of industries and projects.

    We need another great Account / Project Manager with e-commerce experience to join us. We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about creating solutions that work for their clients. Our Account / Project Managers act as their client's primary point of contact.

    They build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to create solutions that best fit the individual needs of the client.

    This is a W2 role, 30-40 hours per week, paid by the hour. This role is in our Bainbridge Island office.

    Responsibilities
    Determine and define project scope and objectives throughout the project
    Manage the relationships with clients, including budgets and expectations
    Pursue growth opportunities with clients
    Run project life cycle from start to finish including project kickoff meeting, discovery, task management, team management, documentation, QA, client feedback, and retrospectives
    Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
    Track project costs in order to meet budget
    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
    Assign and monitor work to technical personnel
    Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
    Communicate regularly with project team, clients, and Account Project Management team
    Find ways to improve client relationship
    Escalate issues to clients and Account Project Management team
    This is an in-office position.
    At least 2-3 years of experience as an Account or Project Manager for a Digital Agency
    Must have experience working with or in e-commerce
    Must have experience with WordPress or WooCommerce
    Experience with GitHub and Software Development a plus
    High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
    Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
    Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization
    Naturally curious and willing to lean in and learn new things
    $40-50 per hour depending on experience and skill level
