    Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant in Boca Raton, Florida.

    Position Summary:

    • Creating doodle polls for scheduling meetings and sending invites.
    • Overseeing clerical tasks such as mail sorting.
    • Assisting in managing office supplies and ordering as needed.
    • Maintaining confidentiality of records and student information.
    • Managing office files and promotional items inventory.
    • Answering calls and taking messages.
    • Utilizing office equipment effectively.
    • Performing various assigned duties by the supervisor.
    • Participating and contributing to projects.
    • Providing data entry and verifying information accuracy.
    • Managing scheduling and records for tutoring programs.
    • Responding to inquiries about Nursing programs.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude.

    Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Salary:

    $15.00 per hour.

    Working Days and Hours:

    Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
