Description

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Leverage multiple sourcing methods and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiter to understand the technical requirements of open positions and provide insights to improve sourcing efforts.
• Suggest and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
• Screen and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes.
• Stay organized and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience for engineering talent, preferably agency recruiting.
• Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior positions.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
