McLean, VA , is currently seeking exceptional candidates for a

Cisco VoIP Engineer

experienced to assist our client with providing Level 3 network support. This position is hybrid onsite in

New Carrollton, MD.
Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco VoIP issues (Network, Software and Hardware)
Provide Level 3 VoIP support
Work with NOC VoIP team planning and upgrading UC, UCS and VMWare servers
Provide Support for BareMetal setups (network device refreshes)
Monitor incoming tickets and take the appropriate action, including updates and closures.
Provide "state of the network" status reports throughout the shift.
Monitor and open tickets for selected network events.
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Providing Level 3 VoIP support at an enterprise level
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
Troubleshooting Cisco VoIP issues with connectivity
5+ years of IT experience in network, infrastructure and communications
Experience with IT in a Federal environment
