- Facilitates regular project team meetings, manages the project and makes decisions according to the overall priorities. Leads project delivery team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Tracks progress of each project, reports status and variances.
- Willing and able to take on diverse projects and tasks as assigned, that are priorities for the company. Displays energy and initiative, and accepts feedback professionally and constructively.
- Manages project teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices, train teams on agile methodology, act as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of all functions of a specific project. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ability to efficiently drive and manage multiple projects across a mix of SDLC models.
- Performs Business Analysts duties, work with functional managers to create project documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the expected product functionality and requirements.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and team requirements, demonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, to drive efficiency and productivity - JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Wrike, Airtable, MS Project and other cloud-based tools.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as business presentation skills (inspiring, engaging, and clear communication style).
- Perform other duties assigned by the PMO
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Project Management (PMP), or other Project Management certification required
- Agile/Scrum Master certification required.
- Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Cisco WebEx Meetings
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others, promote collaboration and transparency
- Ability to communicate accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
- Ability to think on your feet and react professionally under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills to provide insight into performance and efficiency opportunities.
