Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented innovative technical support professional interested in a dynamic commercial environment to join our talented team in San Diego California.Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing submissions to the IT help desk investigating and classifying coding and maintaining scripts troubleshooting solving both hardware software issues supporting staff new hire accounts ensuring security protocols followed installing reconfiguring repairing reimaging redeploying computer hardware and software.
A successful candidate must have the following qualifications two or more years of IT support experience covering help disk operations computer workstation hardware software installation maintenance coding scripts networking documentation required Bachelor degree in computer science related fields considered plus proven strong troubleshooting skills information technology applications experience with Linux operating systems required ability administer OSX systems considered plus Python BASH fluency required experience SQL PHP considered plus excellent oral written communication skills demonstrated presenting work writing technical reports documenting code understandable other technical non-technical stakeholders self-motivated able work fast-paced team-oriented environment.
