If you want to share in these values and the relationships that they allow us to build, we are looking for YOUOur Prep Cooks work a morning shift, with some flexibility in start time. The regular schedule will include either Saturday or Sunday shifts. The ideal Prep Cook will display creativity and passion in their work.
Our cooks create almost all the menu items from scratch so you will need to know more than just how to open a can.
We love to incorporate new ideas to the menu and welcome suggestions.As a Prep Cook you are expect to:
* have at least one year experience as a prep cook or a degree in culinary arts.
* have basic cooking knowledge and knife skills.
* display a great attitude and customer service skills.
* prepare cold food items including salads, vegetables, and fruits.
* stock buffet lines.
* maintain a clean and safe kitchen area.
