    Responsibilities – Installation & Home Assessment Specialist

    • Perform professional installations of accessibility and safety equipment such as grab bars, stairlifts, modular ramps, and other mobility solutions
    • Conduct in-home safety assessments to identify risks, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide estimates when needed
    • Educate clients and their families on proper use, care, and maintenance of installed equipment
    • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, assessments, and client interactions
    • Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and clients to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation or product issues on-site
    • Handle equipment and tools safely, maintaining a clean and organized work area
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, respecting clients' homes and treating each installation with care

    Requirements & Qualifications – Installation & Home Assessment Specialist:

    • Previous construction, industry, or heavy equipment installation experience required (experience with stairlifts, solar panels, or similar strongly preferred)
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new installation techniques
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
    • Ability to lift and install heavy equipment safely
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Professionalism and respect when working in clients' homes
    • Must pass pre-employment screening
