- Define services and strategies for business line growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor resources.
- Identify key alliances for pursuit efforts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Team.
- Attend industry events to gain contacts.
- Promote ETIC through industry connections.
- Develop marketing materials.
- Support sales planning and forecasting.
- Manage project scopes and budgets.
- Review design drawings and specifications.
- Direct field measurements and surveys.
- Review construction submittals and project correspondence.
- Attend meetings with governmental agencies for design approval.
- Develop cost estimates and serve as Engineer of Record.
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Registration in California.
- 15+ years of industry experience.
- 5+ years in managing a similar business line.
- Experience with CAD drafting and hydraulic modeling applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of market conditions and business strategy.
- Established professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Clean Driver's License.
