    The Clinical Trial Program (

    CTP) Project Manager


    will support a variety of projects across multiple institutions and their respective offices supporting clinical trials and clinical research studies.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where data-driven improvement and efficiency are expected and valued.

    The incumbent should have substantial experience managing complex projects and committees across independent units and be comfortable establishing relationships and seeking needed information.

    Comfort with data acquisition and analysis is important as this position will be responsible for managing their own success metrics and analysis of multi-institutional data to support process change.

    Responsibilities


    Manage several projects of varying complexity for the clinical research offices across the two institutions, including the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) Program Office, University of Washington Clinical Trials Office (CTO), Fred Hutch Clinical Research Services (CRS), and Fred Hutch Clinical Operations Research Services (CORS).

    These projects will support long-term operational efficiency and excellence in clinical research
    Manage data, timelines, and progress for cross-institutional clinical research operational projects
    Track project progress, prepare reports, and lead/organize committee meetings
    Coordinate design and testing phase of project development

    Develop agenda and meeting materials, and facilitate cross institutional forums including workgroups, steering committees, and executive committees.
    Develop and analyze operational data to track metrics in support of strategic goals for each individual project and for the clinical research offices as a whole
    Serve as liaison for the clinical research operations representing the project to other entities across campuses
    Produce specialized recurring and ad-hoc reports
    Coordinate with Fred Hutch and UW stakeholders to ensure system processes support institutional needs, priorities, and regulatory compliance (continual)
    Participate as an active member of a highly collaborative multi-institutional team (continual)
    Qualifications


    Minimum qualifications:
    BA/BS in related field required or equivalent experience.
    Minimum of five years post-master's or seven years post-bachelors related project/study management experience in a research setting.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong supervisory skills and budgeting experience.
    Grant and contract experience.

    Preferred qualifications:
    Master's Degree or higher
    PMP Certification
    Experience with PM Software

    Experience with BI tools (eg:
    Tableau, Power BI)

    The annual base salary range for this position is from $81,979 to $122,969 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
