    At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days in the office per week, subject to change with future business needs. What you'll be doing:
    • Build key business products to drive revenue and decisions surrounding CARFAX's products
    • Develop strategic plans and product roadmaps to help achieve business, financial and product quality objectives
    • Plan, prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders' requests
    • Direct the integration of technical aspects of products developed to ensure clarity and understanding
    • Define key performance indicators and reporting for tracking product success
    • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate to all levels of the organization
    What we're looking for:
    • 3-5 years' experience successfully managing data focused products
    • Proven strategic leader with the confidence to bring new ideas and solutions to the team
    • Ability to summarize complex data points and products to drive strategic decision making
    • Experience coordinating multiple projects across several departments and able to champion projects through to completion
    • Technical aptitude to work with analytics & data
    • Prior experience and knowledge of passenger vehicle trims, options, and standard equipment required
    • Ability to lead an agile team to deliver quality products that meet business objectives and defined metrics
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills
    • Excel, R, SQL, Salesforce and Tableau preferred
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Sense of ownership and ability to proactively identify objectives and steps required to meet the objectives
    • Experience working at other technology or data companies preferred
