- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes, helping the company understand the financial implications of potential modifications to the distribution center's space planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing strategies for continuous improvement, fostering a mindset that aligns with industrial engineering principles. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending adjustments based on ongoing data analysis.
- Optimized Pick Paths: Analyze and optimize pick paths within the distribution center. This involves designing efficient routes for order pickers, reducing travel time and improving overall productivity.
- Automation Assessment: Assess the feasibility and benefits of incorporating automation into the order picking process. Conduct studies to evaluate the potential advantages of automation technologies, such as robotics or conveyor systems, in terms of speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Order Consolidation Work on strategies for order consolidation, streamlining the fulfillment process and reducing the number of separate shipments. This can contribute to cost savings and enhance customer satisfaction through more efficient delivery. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Summary
