- Act as a key member of a patient-centered team, delivering direct and collaborative healthcare services in various clinical settings to enhance and maintain optimal health throughout all stages of life.
- Execute a range of technical, para-professional, rehabilitative, or therapeutic procedures and tasks related to patient care following established protocols and guidelines. Operate under the guidance of the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Essential requirement: Certification as a Patient Care Technician from the National Health Career Association (N.H.A.).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
- Preferably, a minimum of one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
