- Minimum Required: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.

UC Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Staff Educator (RN), for the PACU/SDS department for the day shift at West Chester Hospital.
The Clinical Staff Educator (RN), will support West Chester Hospital's PACU/SDS and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Educator is responsible for providing individualized orientation for new personnel, inservice education, and continuing education programs to meet the identified needs of the staff. The Clinical Educator serves as a resource to the nursing staff. The Clinical Educator assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to meet the needs of staff and enhance specific clinical nursing skills. The Educator also demonstrates the ability to accept, model, and implement change, as well as functions as a role model for clinical staff.
