As a **Customer Service Technician** based in Allen, TX you will have responsibility for calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of Anritsu test equipment including, but not limited to, Vector Signal Generators, Vector Signal Analyzers, Base Station Emulators.
Key Responsibilities include:
Repair may be at the component level
Using a variety of test and measurement equipment along with various tools to complete repair and/or calibration of equipment
Ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained and adhered to both at the workstation and in the lab in general
Review and implement product specific service notes and change order
This position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Allen, TX
Requirements :
Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of electronic technician experience, including troubleshooting down to the component level
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IS17025 standards
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Proficiency in running a test station in an automated application
Proficiency in reading schematics, drawings, bill of materials, test procedures, and maintenance manuals
Experience with ERP system (issuing labor and material to repair work orders, generating certificates of calibration, etc)
PMEL experience preferred
