Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) Job Description
As a Member Service Representative, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven, structured contact center that operates 24/7. You will provide information regarding the organization's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of additional products and services that may suit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Perform transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, and loans.
- Advise members on suitable products and services.
- Ensure optimal customer service through active listening and engagement.
- Adapt to multiple systems within a structured contact center environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and data entry.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center.
- Ability to comply with policy and handle high-volume calls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles.
- Background in banking/mortgage or professional/high-volume retail environments.

Work Environment
These are remote opportunities requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL. The contact center operates 24/7/365, offering shifts with reasonable flexibility to accommodate personal and family life. Scheduled breaks and meals must be taken as planned, with most shifts allowing a flexible start and end time within a one-hour window. Be prepared to take back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $19.50/hr.
