    We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant/Concierge Coordinator to become a part of the Health Haus Team You will be the first point of contact for our clients and be a representative of our premier brand. Must have exceptional customer relations skills and make each client feel special and valued. Must be comfortable assisting with sales and providing clients with information on services, packages, and programs to help clients reach their wellness goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
    • Will greet all incoming clients & escort patients to wellness rooms
    • Manage all appointment scheduling, follow ups, & client inquiries
    • Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Checking clients in and out of their appointments, redeeming points, and rewards.
    • Answer phones, text messages, emails, DMs, and other inquiries and schedule client
    • appointments.
    • Master a basic understanding of each service offering.
    • Upsell new areas/services to current clients in order to hit individual monthly targets.
    • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
    • Assist clinical team with client intake and client flow, including (but not limited to): new client registration, questionnaire completion, consenting, photos for EHR, room placement, etc.
    • Assist with local marketing events as needed.
    • Collecting and handling payments.
    • Confirmation and follow up calls/emails/messaging. Follow up with all clients post-treatment to review results, ensure client satisfaction and encourage them to review/recommend Health Haus.
    • Ordering office supplies.
    • Ensure that med spa is neat, organized, and client-ready at all times.

    ​Qualifications:

    • MUST HAVE 1-2 years of medical assistant or sales experience, preferably in a medical spa.
    • Must be comfortable with IM injection, Subcutaneous injections, medication calculation, drawing up medications.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making, analytical, and follow-up skills
    • Proficient with personal computers and EMR/EHR
    • Strong guest service orientation and customer service.
    • Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols
    • Must maintain a high attention to detail
    • Plus: Familiarity with medical spa sales.
