    HR Generalist – Manufacturing

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as administrator of employee benefits programs
    • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices
    • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
    • Process and oversee payroll for 100 – 120 employees utilizing Paychex software
    • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
    • Develop workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates
    • Mange the administration of workman's compensation
    • Process and respond to unemployment claims
    • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents
    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
    • On-board new employees
    • Monitor vendor performance
    • Implement company culture, values and policies
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition


    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years' experience in Human Resources management as a generalist
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    • Experience within a manufacturing setting
    • Understanding of HR compliance
    • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
    • Fluency in Spanish language a must
