- 57+ years Underwriting experience
- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and make sound business decisions
- Certification in 1-2 specialty areas
- Experience driving profitable new and renewal business
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and act as a change advocate
- Viewed as an informal leader amongst the team/branch/region/LOB
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, negotiate, and make sound business decisions
