- Designing and developing database driven IT applications for Navy systems
- Develop, update, enhance, and maintain IT software code, structures, scripts, and system configurations for web and client-server type applications
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and analysis to customers and other activities for application, database, software, hardware and/or interface related issues
- Operate within Navy guidance and policies to maintain the operational status of the system, correct faults, introduce enhancements, improve performance, consolidate, or to adapt the system to changing environments or requirements

The current architecture uses JSP/HTML/XML for the Frontend, Java for Middleware and Oracle for the database. Development is performed locally and pushed into test once complete. Analysts test and verify functionality before promotion to production.
