CornerStone Staffing is recruiting for a Fleet Services Rep for a long-term contract opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area

Job Title: Fleet Services Rep

Location: North Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $23 - $26/hr Based on experience

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

As a Fleet Services Rep, you will deliver superior service to Fleet customers and dealers, building strong customer relationships. You will act as a single point of contact for inquiries and requests related to servicing the DTF Fleet portfolio, ensuring procedural compliance and processing excellence to minimize legal and financial risks.

Job Deliverables:

Prepare legal documents for account modifications and ensure completeness before execution in the portfolio system.

Respond promptly to inquiries via mail, email, cases, and phone, providing account information and performing updates as requested.

Manage account questions, title releases, and payoff provisions, coordinating with internal partners and ensuring compliance with partner policies.

Review unapplied incoming payments daily and research for posting instructions, coordinating timely account dispositions and title releases.

Manage maturing leases, contacting customers to discuss available options and ensure timely processing before maturity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

3-5 years of overall work experience, including:

1+ years in collections

1+ years in compliance

2+ years in customer service

1+ years in re-marketing

Education:

High School Diploma required, BA/BS preferred
