- Provide quality customer service and accurate information regarding depositor accounts, programs, policies, and processes
- Answer inquiries from various sources such as customers, financial institutions, and business partners
- Process telephone requests for account information and applications
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products
- Respond to email and written inquiries
- Maintain and update existing accounts
- Perform account-related actions promptly and in line with servicing guidelines
- Focus on activities like Financial Adjustments, Status Adjustments, Account Maintenance, and Customer Communications
- Require at least 2 years of call center experience
- Answers incoming calls
- Reports conditions affecting customer satisfaction
- Handles account inquiries promptly
- Provides accurate information on deposit products
- Demonstrates problem resolution skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Escalates exceptional service reports and complaints
- Completes corporate training and gains knowledge of system
- Self-motivated to enhance service capabilities
- Maintains awareness of Retail Servicing policies and procedures
- Keeps training documentation organized and updated
- Operates in compliance with policies and procedures
- Conducts account analysis
- Completes manual account research
- Records comments clearly
- Updates deposit applications in the system
- Ensures database updates are accurate
- Proficient in all necessary systems for customer service
- Perform duties as assigned
- Support other business areas when required

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some banking or customer service experience
- Excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Keeps composure during complex customer issue resolutions
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
