- Greet guests and seat them in an orderly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments and provide accurate change
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues
- Maintain clean and organized cash register and dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Make Milkshakes and Floats to order
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate and provide accurate change
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
