This role involves setting up the kitchen Line and managing various items used on the Line. Responsibilities may include handling the flat top, hot side, entrees, and sides for a particular line/venue. Additionally, the position involves contributing to cleanliness, shift closure, and ongoing efforts to enhance food quality standards set by the Executive Chef.

Expected Contributions Include:

Sets up, services, and cleans up assigned food production stations.
Prepares food items according to standard recipes for consistency and quality.
Responds to customer requests and special needs.
Completes special projects as required.
Adheres to sanitation and hygiene standards.
Ensures proper food preparation, handling, and storage.
Reports equipment issues to supervisors.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Assists other kitchen staff as necessary.
Transports food and supplies as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

Effective communication in English.
Able to lift and move 50+ pounds.
Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
