- Technical writing expertise.
- Conducting gap analysis.
- Executing post-market surveillance activities.
- Participating in internal and external audits, preferably with FDA exposure.
- Engaging in CAPA processes.
- Conducting thorough complaint investigations.
- Proficient in documentation control practices.
- Performing trend analysis.
- Well-versed in utilizing eQMS (electronic quality management systems).
- 2 years of experience in a quality assurance/regulatory affairs background in medical devices, which involves extensive documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in medical device, engineering, or other closely related field
- Familiarity with FDA quality management systems and/or preferably ISO quality management systems
- Proficient in reading and using gauges and measurement tools
- Computer skills - Word processing, spreadsheets, and other applications
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen/background check
