Position Summary

The MIS Analyst will be a key member of the Crete United team and support our platform integration initiatives and data migration efforts.This role will work closely with our implementation team, as well as finance and accounting, to ensure a clean transition from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum) and field management system (BuildOps). They will assist with data migration and transformation, utilize data upload tools, reconcile account information and ensure correct imports as we onboard current and future companies.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group within a fast-growing company.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure timely and accurate migration of data from legacy system to Crete systems
• Ensure data integrity through migration to Crete's data warehouse
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for data migration

Position Requirements

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, sumifs, etc.)
• Basic system/database knowledge
• SQL experience required
• Experience with data migration tools & processes preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Works independently and is a proactive problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface at various levels within the organization
• Strong time management
• Excellent organization skills
• Minimal travel <25%
