- Maintain documentation (including invoice and company approval) for fixed asset transactions
- Monitor and maintain shared fixed asset email inbox
- Assist in preparing journal entries for month end
- Assist in preparing monthly reconciliations
- Prepare recurring journal entries for monthly amortization of intangible assets
- Maintain online reconciliation process (Blackline)
- Reconcile monthly intercompany transactions to ensure all entries have been recorded
- Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date reports
- Other general accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- 2+ years' experience in related field (i.e. fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping, etc.)
- Ability to be an effective and collaborative team member and be comfortable communicating via phone and email
- Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.)
- Associate's Degree in Accounting
- Public Company experience
