- Act as the primary resource for our sales team, assisting with the identification and successful implementation of products in new or complex customer applications
- Provide timely responses via multiple communication platforms
- Explain product features, pricing, shipping policies, or warranty terms clearly and accurately
- Maintain Brady policies while maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Log details of every interaction, including the issue, the resolution, and any follow-up needed and executing necessary actions
- Identify patterns and report them to management or the sales team
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system
- Experience working with CRM Systems
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing concepts, preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or Nice Mpower technology platforms, preferred
